The District Tourism Promotion Council provides camping material and assists in obtaining permission of the forest department.

A habitat of rare species of birds. Located near Thirunelli Temple near Mananthavadi the spot provides a variety of experiences for the bird watchers and nature lovers. There is large number of caves and holes which nestles the birds in large numbers.

An amazing range of nine water fall in the deep interiors of the forest. Located near Vaduvanchal the spot provides a right chance for the tourist to explore his potential in adventure tourism. Ideal for only those who are physically fit. The trekking trail, a jungle path leading to the spot are slippery and risky.
